The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, and location.
Most guests had pleasant experiences with the hotel's staff. They characterized the staff as very polite, helpful, and courteous. Some of these guests mentioned the staff always had a welcoming smile.
The rooms were a source of compliments from many reviewers, who described them as clean and with comfortable beds. A few of these reviewers were also impressed that their TV remotes had been sanitized before their stay. There were mixed reviews about the size of the rooms — some felt they were spacious, while others felt they were too small.
Several lodgers were pleased with the location of the hotel, mentioning it provided good access to the highway and was close to Regent Mall (about a 5-minute drive away).
