"Our room was booked 3 month in advance for 2 adults and 2 children,nonsmoking. When we arived they had us booked for 1 person, smoking, and we requested first floor that was not available. Upon slight delay we were provided with a room on second floor, beside a fire exit. There was noise of doors banging until 1 am and than a truck under the window ran its engine for an hour starting at 5am. But what got my wife upset was a pair of blue mans underwear she found under the coffee table from the previous customer. She wanted to leave but being fairly late we just got through the nite and left early the next day. I am in a service industry and used to be a Manager for CP Hotels. I can appreciate the lack of controls on some things but the housekeeping in this Hotel is lacking. Thanks Jan"

"My only beef with this hotel would be the price. Everything else was very good, but the 175$(cad) after taxes and service charges is just too much for 1 night for the simple services provided."

"When we arrived in Edmunston it was approximately 0200 in the am. We got lost and I called the Hotel. The receptionist, Lise, gave me step by step directions to our hotel. She kept directing me by phone until we arrived in the parking lot. I thought this was so kind of her to do and I truly appreciated her help considering I had my three babies in the car with my husband and I. I was very impressed with Lise and would absolutely go back and stay there again."
