The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, staff, and rooms.
Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. It was described as being close to downtown Moncton, Moncton airport, highway access, restaurants and shopping, as well as being next door to Tim Horton's and a gas station. It should be mentioned however that guests recommend this hotel to people with a vehicle, as there is not much within walking distance.
The hotel's staff were offered numerous compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as welcoming, accommodating and helpful in providing maps and directions.
Several lodgers praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as being spacious, clean, well-equipped, and modern, with comfortable beds, good pillow selection, and strong water pressure.
The Bad
While many of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of complaints among them, which included noise transfer and the breakfast.
Noise disturbances were reported by some guests. They described hearing noise from planes and trains nearby, as well as disruptions from neighbours in adjacent rooms, and loud hockey teams staying at the hotel.
While many guests were pleased with the quality and variety of the free breakfast, a few reviewers found the breakfast area to be too small. A couple of patrons also complained the hotel used plastic utensils and paper plates, which they felt was not environmentally friendly.
