"Happy or not"
"Both male clerks are kind of stiff. I am also surprised to see that you still allow smoking in some rooms. Even if we ask for a non-smoking room, the smell of tobacco is insidiously all over the place. I like the fact that the hotel is close to restaurants and stores."

"The breakfast room was incredibly small for the amount of people who were staying there and the hotel was not full. The carpet was dirty and worn. There was constant doors closing and opening and someone went along the corridors banging the door abruptly. This happened four times. I am not sure if there are security cameras in the hallways- I felt it unsafe to look outside. I know the managment can not control this part of our stay. We used the internet in the lobby and after two minutes and were asked if we were waiting for our room. It is perhaps the poorest hotel I have stayed in. I hope this feedback can be used in a positive way to improve the facilties."
