"Although we were annoyed with security telling my groomsmen to "quiet it down" ,it's reassuring to know that there is security at this hotel! My new wife and I enjoyed our brief stay and the groomsmen appreciated the staff's cooperation in helping set up the room for our special night!
Because I had booked online, I got a great deal, had I not I surely would of gone elswhere, but they didn't have the kitchen! Breakfast the way you want it when you want it! It worked out great for us!"

"Check-in and check-out took a long, long time! They did not have accurate confirmation records. Good thing I printed out and taken with ALL my confirmation and other on-line records or it would have taken a lot longer at the front desk."

"The front desk did not have accurate confirmation records. We were shuffeled around to different rooms. It took a long time to get settled in with a lot of phone calls received from the hotel. The room amenities were different in the room as what was described in the hotel web site."

"I arived to the hotel at 2:00 pm. Check-in was at 3:00 pm. I was not able to get in my room until 5:30 pm!"
