"The stay was great!"
"The only bad thing was there was a water break or flood just a couple doors down from our room during the night. The hallway and our room smelled like vomit which was a little overwhelming."

"Front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Housekeeping; not so much. At best, it was inconsistent. My papers on the desk were removed one day. Decaf coffee was only replaced upon request. Sometimes extra towels were supplied. Other times neither towels or washcloths were replenished. I do not believe the room was vacuumed in 9 days. Location and Holiday Inn's reputation for secuity & dependability were key to a successful visit."

"The staff were very very nice and did enjoy my stay."
"The beds were very comfortable to fall asleep in but too soft, woke up with sore back. Valet parking was a sour note for me cause my car is a 6 speed standard and one of the girls could not drive it."

"My room was comfortable and clean....on day two I had misplaced my address book and was in a panic. I let housekeeping know my problem,I knew it was somewhere in the room, likely right in front of me, and when I returned, there it sat on the desk! I had friendly efficient room and restaurant service from a lovely lady who I believe was named Rene. The front desk was very accommodating in every way, from directions to the restaurant I was looking for, to a place to check my e-mail. The only glitch was on Saturday, about five in the afternoon, I went to the lounge for a glass of chardonnay. I was told that there was none left.....when I inquired further, I was told that the woman on duty did not have access to the locked cabinet. It was frustrating, as that was what I wanted, and at that point I went elsewhere, both for a glass of wine, and dinner. Overall, it was a very good hotel experience, and I would definitely stay there again."
