"When we arrived for our one night stay the girl at reception said that she was going to upgrade our room for us free of charge as she had one available we ended up with a king suite it was pure luxury we were so pleased."

"The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and quiet. I was slightly disappointed with the temperature of the pool and the pool itself. We had a wonderful time!"

"Friendly staff. The FREE Continental breakfast was a nice perk. The restaurant staff was helpful and very friendly. (We left a big tip!)"

"A very enjoyable stay."
"Only two problems - one with the "poolside room" not actually being poolside, and getting locked out of our room temporarily. Both were handled quickly and efficiently by the front desk staff. Thanks again!"

"Mark was extremely heplful at breakfast each morning. He mixed up a "special" drink of orange, cranberry and grapefruit juice, which was very nice. Mark also gave us directions to the venue that put on the live play we saw.
Afte we checked out I remembered that the Hotel accepted Air Miles. We were NOT reminded of this at check out but when I called back they DID take our number to credit our account with the Air Miles.
The suites were very nice and we stayed an extra night because the suite was so comfortable."

"disappointed in $1 charge for each time the phone is used even if no one answered the phone. We complained and staff at frontdesk understood and cancelled the fee. Still a high fee for simple local phonecalls eg. airlines."
