"After we settled into the room I noticed that it had not been vaccumed under the bed. In the morning, we discovered that the towels were dirty and just refolded and they were old and ripped. The shower curtain was brown and dirty and the toilet was not flushing. When I brought my concerns to the front desk to check out - Paige was not very receptive to my comments and did not even apologize for the conditions."
