"Good and bad experiences but overall good."
"The first 2 nights were not as good as the last 3 nights. The room had a leaky shower head and was upstairs even though we thought we were getting a lower level room. We both have leg problems and it was hard getting up and down the stairs especially with luggage. When we checked in the second 3 nights we got a far better room. The upstairs hall and the room really smelled of cigarettes also. Downstairs it did not. The front counter staff were good and bad depending on who was working. One had a bit of an attitude problem. The lady who looked after the breakfast room was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very good for a continental type breakfast although they kept running out of waffles. We appreciate it's proximity to the airport and were not bothered by any noise."

"Alistair, you rock"
"Once I found the place, it was excellent, beginning with Alistair, the front desk receptionist. He accomodated my room change, he recommended a superb restaurant for dinner and he even brought kleenex when I ran out. Although its on a busy road, I could barely hear the traffic. The bed was comfy, the complimentary breakfast was good and they even got me to the airport on time."

"The person at the front desk ignored me for about ten minutes and there was a cigarette burn in my comforter. Also someone tried to come into my room late at night, thanks god I dead bolted the door. I would have rather stayed somewhere where the shops and attractions were easier and closer to find."

"The lady at the reception was very helpful. I lost my passport and the lady looked in the telephone directory to give me numbers to call plus the airport number. Also she stored my luggage while we went shopping. Very helpful. Also a very simple but a good breakfast"
