"There was a young gentleman working the front desk at about 8:00 pm on 9/30 who checked us in. He was terrific! He helped us find a place to park our vehicle because it was a concern of ours. He treated us with great respect. We had been traveling all day, we were tired and I'm sure we didn't look the best. He was very welcoming and accomodating. I didn't catch his name, but he should be commended for his awesome customer service skills! I know his name was NOT Ivan, but he was working with him at the front desk that night."
