"They don't care much"
"I stayed 2 nights - after cleaning of the first night, a)the toilet seat was broken , b)no facecloths were provided, c) the recycling was not disposed of. Overall there were holes in the wall needed to be fixed, I was put in a small room, the TV controls were inadeqate. Generally my poorest stay there ever"

"Improvement needed in areas noted"
"We had no bath towels, paid big dollar for room and then we could not even get a cot for our son. he had to sleep on the floor. Room was very hot, had been noted by previous tenants and nothing had been done about it. White bedding was positive, could see obvious cleanliness."

"It was ok"
"The bathroom was really small, the coffee maker was filthy. There was still coffee in the pot from the last person who used it. The customer service was great. They were really helpful. The pool was awesome. The presentation of the building was pretty good. Overall it was an ok hotel but I wouldnt recommend it."

"Close to shopping malls, free pick-up drop off. Very friendly staff. Quiet, good security. Clean rooms. Close to airport, bus depot."

"Spring break at this hotel totally rocked. It was pretty much the best time in the history of ever. I really like the closeness to the nightclub which just happened to be connected with the hotel itself. Thank you people of the CanadInn for the lovely time."
