"The room had a musty smell ... it was especially noticeable from the shower.
My biggest bitch is about hotels-x.com with the service charge of $4.92 US for making the reservation. When I went to the site www.canadianhotelguide.com, I thought I was making my reservation directly to the hotel reservations and not through hotel-x.com. The Canad Inn in Winnipeg was not impressed when I showed the the bill from you!
I think you should be more up-front when people call you to advise them they are not talking to the hotel or to the hotel reservation centre."
