"I thought the breakfast could have been better equipped.The cereals were marginal at best, especially for kids. The muffins were not up to par. Maybe add some fruit cups. My kids really enjoyed the water slide..."

"I didn't realize that I had rented a smoking room...but we lived with it - next time I'd make that clear. The room was good, but some utensils (including a bottle opener) and dinnerware for the kitchenette would be nice. The bedroom door lock presented a bit of a problem, as our kids locked themselves in and forced us to negotiate with them. Some sort of key or no lock to that door would be preferred."

"check out time is at 11:00am...the cleaning staff should not start cleaning anyones room until after check out time. did not appreciate that they assumed that we had left because there was no bags in the room. i had stuff kept cold in the fridge, including my baby's bottles, and they almost threw everything in the garbage if it was not for my return just in time. baby's food is not cheap and i was not too happy with how and what they did with the food in my room."
