Guests described the front desk agents as attentive and knowledgeable about the local area. One reviewer thought that the staff at this hotel provided the best service, while another reviewer said that the front desk agents "catered to us".
Many guests described their rooms with basic furniture, but clean. However, a few reviewers said that their carpets did not appear clean (see below for more details).
The indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub were enjoyed by a few reviewers.
