"Ventilation - chlorine smell from pool area - excessive
T.V. set - not functioning properly - intermitent sound problem
No 'klenex' tissue within the room.
Breakfast coupon - excellent!"

"My room was very cold and because it was August they were unable to turn on the heat. I was given and space heater which made it better but I felt quite cold most of the time."
