"Should have people working front desk that can speak english and understand english, was frustrating dealing with front desk staff over phone. There where stains of some sort on insides of bathroom and entry doors in room 104. Sauna was padlocked in pool area, pool was out of service until 4pm on Saturday. I had to get my room key re-activated 2 times during my stay. Waited at front desk for 10 minutes for a clerk to show up to get re-activated,that in itself was annoying. Service in the restaurant was very slow, took over 30 minutes on Friday morning to get breakfast. I was the only one that order between 10:30 am and 11 am, I never used the restaurant again. I am in the industry and I know it is hard to satisfy everyone, but your Brandon property left a bad impression on me."

"The Lounge does not stay open till 2am. Quite a disappointment when you're not looking to go out to the night club that's down the street. There is a restaraunte in the hotel which is very convenient. Didn't eat there but looked decent and well prepared. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless I knew the lounge would be available til 2am. Paid $139 canadian which transfers into $115 American... didn't think it was worth that much, which was way over what I expected to pay. I would've rather stayed at a lesser hotel, not worth the money if you're just going to sleep there."

"the chinese lady at the front desk was not very helpful, we called for help with the phone and she told us to look in the phonebook, and we asked for extra towels and pillows and we never got any. the price for the rooms was wrong when we first got there, but we got it fixed, and the restaurant in the hotel was really slow, but nice. The bar was awesome Chris and Eddie went out of their way to make us enjoy our time there. They should get raises!!! I would recommend this hotel because of the Whistling Pig pub and the closeness to Gravity."

The Canadian Inn is a Limited Service Hotel, with Mario's Bar and Grill (Independently operating) Restaurant, Mario's PUB and VLT Lounge with 24 Video Lottery Game Machines. We have an associated Gravity Night Club and Beer Vendor building adjacent to the Hotel building The Hotel has 63 Rooms including, three Theme Suites with King Size bed , sofa couch, and a Jacuzzi . We have two executive suites and a Junior Suite for business customers. The Hotel has a seasonal swimming pool, Hot Tub, Sauna. We also have a Conference Center for meetings up to 150 people. A small portion deck is available for group meetings or pool parties.
