"Slippery Pool Deck"
"I have only one complaint and it has to do with the pool deck. Coming into the pool area I found it very slippery, it was really wet. We were in the pool for about an hour and a half and I never saw anyone mop up the water. As we were leaving I slipped and luckily caught my balance. For safety I think someone should be mopping up the pool deck on a fairly regular basis."

"I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room ."
"On the first morning of my stay I was in a hurry so ordered toast and juice thinking it would be part of the Continental Breakfast. When the cost turned up on my bill I was surprised. It would be helpful if the restaurant staff could advise the patrons if they have something other than the Continental Breakfast they will be charge for it. It was no big deal as was a small amount."

"The grandchildren love this place. The waterslide and pools are great and the buffet breakfast is perfect for them. They consider this Grandma and Grandpa's hotel!"

"I booked my room via the internet & got a call centre. when I asked about our corpoarate rate they has no idea & told me I would have to discuss that at check-in time. I did discuss it & the front desk adjust4ed the rate correctly.
Nice Hotel -- I will be back."
