Several guests praised their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be a clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Bad

Some guests reported noise disruptions during their stay. They described being disturbed by a dog barking in the hotel, guests in adjacent rooms having a party, and most commonly from the on-site Tavern Lounge late at night. These guests recommend future travellers book a room on the north side of the hotel as opposed to the south, and cautioned the hotel is "a party hotel".

Aaltos Garden, the on-site restaurant, was a source of complaint by some reviewers. These guests were disappointed with the service they received, describing it as slow and inefficient, and also mentioned the food was lacking in quality and selection compared to the prices charged.
