"Great hotel"
"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. There's a coffee shop attached to the hotel which served really good muffins and coffee. The location was great and it was very quiet at night."

"Lovely hotel / customer service lacking"
"The hotel's location is lovely. After driving for 11 hours we checked in and were given a room with 2 double beds even though we had booked a King. An incoveinience which took a few minutes to fix with hardly an apology. Upon checking out the guy never said a word to me....never asked how our stay was or anything. The hotel was near empty so it should not have been a big deal. Other than that it is a great hotel, very quaint. Too expensive in the summer months but reasonable in November."

"Location was great for us and what we wanted to do. However, there was a definite shortage of staff and we were in the annexe to the building. No heat was on in the unit and it was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. Turned out one of the heaters in the bedroom wasn't working as well. We got moved to another unit, larger, for the same price, but still no heat had been turned on. You'd think they would have warmed up the room knowing you were arriving....go figure."
