"A great weekend experience!!"
"The location was great!! They were extremely accommodating about parking well before our check in time and let us use hotel facilities before check in.....which was extremely helpful.
The pool was small and the outdoor area felt as though it needed a bit of a face lift. However the kids had a blast and there was enough shade vs. sun to go around."

"No towels at the pool both times we tried to use it. Also the elevator smelled really bad. Otherwise good."

"Always have been pleased with the price of the hotel, granted that we always go in the off season. Staff are very nice and rooms are fine. Could do with better beds and pillows."

"Clean but inexperienced"
"Eceptional room cleaning.
Staff not very conversant with resort (all Australian).
Reception made mistake on my bill, charged my credit card then had to do a refund. You get charged different rates for each transaction so it cost me $16 - imposible to resolve.
Smoke alarm kept going off in room when fire was lit and used as instructed."

"Comfortable and Relaxing"
"There is so much to see in Whistler that we didn't spend alot of time in our room but at the end of the day when it was time to climb into bed we had no problem sleeping...the beds were so comfortable...best bed I've slept in besides my own!! Would stay there again!"

"The car park for Powder Lodge was fine but the instructions for finding it were extremely poor...the diagram even named the hotel above the entrance wrongly! Please issue a clear map...it is very close and convenient but the entrance and signs are not clear from the narrow and busy street, and the verbal instructions given by the reception staff were poor."
