The GoodThere were a limited number of reviews available for this analysis at the time this editorial was written. However, among these reviews almost all guests agreed that the location was ideal for exploring the Whistler area on foot. One reviewer said that this property was located in the middle of everything.
The Bad
As mentioned above, there were a limited number of reviews available for this analysis. Among these reviews, there were several concerns and complaints listed by guests and a few reviewers indicated that they would not choose this property again in the future.
Several reviewers found the off-site check-in to be inconvenient. A couple of guests also noted that they experienced difficulty with contacting resort staff by phone.
A few guests complained that their beds were uncomfortable. A couple of reviewers noticed signs of wear and tear and one guest specifically mentioned that the in-room climate control was ineffective. Another reviewer mentioned that the Wi-Fi signal was unreliable.
Some reviewers were disappointed that this property did not have daily housekeeping, an elevator, a common hot tub or pool, or on-site parking.
