"I wasn't overly impressed with the room style and layout. In Whistler I have stayed in similarly priced hotels and they have been much nicer. Also don't really like paying for 3 people and not getting a cot included."

"No one informed us of a policy change on pets being allowed to stay on bottom floor only (on our last stay we were on the third floor with an excellent room which is why we had returned for this visit) and we could not upgrade.
I always require a room with robes and a down comforter.
I called the front desk and requested a down comforter and he came back with a tacky duvet- that was already on top of the standerd room bed! I had booked with the 1-800 number and had made a point to state that my dog was coming and what kind of room I had wanted.
We will be staying at another hotel for our next visit to avoid dissapointment."
