"Very helpful and friendly staff"
"Good deal for your money. Staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful - there was a good atmosphere in the hotel. Room heating could be improved - the central heating was a bit noisy, but the fireplace warmed the room up fairly quickly."

"We had a great stay. The room was lovely. Stayed in the deluxe studio. Very nice to have a jacuzzi in the room. The room was perfect. Had everything we needed."

"photos of rooms on website very misleading. the actual room is less luxurious then it appears on the website.
our room smelled of cigarette smoke and body odor on arrival. front desk's solution was to send air freshener and air out the room. this was unacceptable and a change of room was requested.
while in new room, showering and unpacking, the door was unlocked and opened by a couple that were assigned the same room. nice surprise for both of us! unexpected visitors and a naked man!! again, front desk apologized and would not charge us for parking as compensation. at that point, we were too frustrated and angry to complain anymore. short of leaving, which would have been totally inconvenient we stayed and hoped for no more misadventures.
finally, our room key kept on demagnetizing (twice) and would not open the door to our room. more trips to the front desk...more apologies.
if you would like to relax in a comfortable and special place with good service and great rooms as advertised, the pinnacle hotel is definately NOT the place to stay in!!!"
