The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the rooms and check-in process.

Although several lodgers were satisfied with their well-equipped and functional accommodations, some reviewers had complaints about their rooms. They reported difficulty controlling the shower temperature, uncomfortable beds, dated decor and small-sized rooms. Noise transfer from the street was also reported.

Some guests complained about the hotel's check-in being in a different building (about 100 metres away), which they found confusing and inconvenient. One traveller noted, "To add to the confusion, the Mountain Side Hotel is also managed by another company who have their front desk in the Mountain Side Hotel lobby, while the Executive Inn front desk is at 4250 Village Stroll. Fortunately, both are within easy walking distance of each other".
