"Directions received to hotel were not clear. Plus, there was no manned lobby so we had to check in at another hotel in town to get our keys. We found this all out by calling once there and then trying to find the second hotel for our keys. Our friends who arrived a day later (we told them about the other hotel and getting their keys)were given free parking plus discount coupons because of inconvenience. We were offered nothing, even when we asked about it at checkout --"
