"if something made us mad, was the fact that we arrived at night, saw the sign of the hotel, but couldn't see or understand were the lobby was,this fact at night after a full busy day of busy work,together with snow and suitcases to take care ,was extremely disturbing, the staff told us that they are in the process of a new sign and this is the reason that we couldn't see one, but we read a criticize about this hotel in the internet,with same complain and was a very old criticize, so how long it takes to make a sign? it sounds nothing, but this is exactly what makes us getting there nervous instead of relax, 15 minutes to go around and try to find the entry is ridiculous"
