"The Jet tub was not working in our room and it took you 2 days to fix it. All you offered me in return was free parking. I was looking forward to relaxing in the Jet tub, but never got the chance.
Then you deactivated my room keys and I had to go to the legends reception (1 block away) to get a new set in the pouring rain."
