This hotel is situated within Whistler Village and is about a 7-minute walk from Whistler/Blackcomb's lifts and ticket kiosks. With many restaurants and shops on-site, this hotel is ideal for guests who are looking to explore the village area on foot while having dining and shopping options at their doorstep.

This property is 100% smoke-free and all 158 rooms include free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, bathrobes, a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, a mini-fridge, an iPod docking station, and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. Select rooms include a private balcony. Deluxe Studio units also include a kitchenette, a full balcony or a juliette balcony, a desk, a safe, and a queen-sized sofabed. Deluxe Studio units are furnished with either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds.

Many guests found the location ideal for exploring Whistler Village on foot. Reviewers described walking to ski lifts, shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a liquor store.

The staff throughout the hotel were frequently complimented and guests described the front desk agents as friendly, attentive, accommodating, quick to respond to guest concerns and requests, knowledgeable, and helpful. One reviewer said that the front desk staff "did all they could to answer our questions, provide directions, and do everything possible to make our entire stay enjoyable."

A few reviewers thought that their room rates were reasonable. Guests cited the on-site amenities, such as the outdoor pool and hot tub, as value-added features.
