This hotel is situated in the centre of the lower Whistler Village, offering village and mountain views, and is within a 7-minute walk of the Gondola for accessing Blackcomb and Whistler skiing. This property is well-located for guests who prefer to access attractions in the Whistler Village on foot.

This property is 100% smoke-free. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, an iPod docking station, a desk, a flat screen TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a hair dryer, a Sony Playstation, a walk-in shower and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with two queen beds or one king bed.

Suites provide more spacious accommodations and are configured with one queen bed and a sofabed. Select suites also include a kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, cook top, dishwasher, dining table, coffee press and martini shaker). Several guests were disturbed by noise from a neighbouring bar and a few reviewers mentioned that they could feel the vibrations from the loud music being played. Reviewers said that the front desk provided them with ear plugs to help mitigate this problem. One reviewer complained about hearing housekeeping staff in the halls in the morning.

A couple of guests said that the outdoor hot tub was pleasant, but too small. One guest elaborated and said it could only fit 6 adults.
