Great place to stay while in Kelowna

Beautiful lakeside location and lovely 3 bedroom suite

Great hotel, it is located on the main highway, therefore it is easy to get around

I've stayed at my fair share of hotels over the years The pool and hotub area was tiny and over looking a parking lot with recycling bins. I should have stayed at the delta.

They charged me $10 I had a wireless laptop. In order to access their wireless network I required to get a access code from the desk. This I did but although I was told this was good for 24 hours it really was only good for one useage. When I logged off then tried logging on several hours later I was refused and would have had to repeat the process to again get access. This was totally not customer friendly and results in my thinking twice about staying in another holiday inn express
