The Good
Guests of this hotel attributed their positive experiences mostly to convenient location, excellent service from staff and general appearance of the hotel and the rooms.

Many guests appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to shops, restuarants and attractions, as well as being able to enjoy views of the Harbour. One guest said that "the location is ideal for exploring Victoria".

The hotel was well maintained, both in the rooms and in the common areas, according to a number of guests. In addition to rooms being clean and comfortable, guests commented on several decorative touches, particularly the furniture in the rooms and granite countertops in bathrooms. One guest referred to the hotel as "sleek comfort".

Staff at this hotel received top marks from guests, who made particular mention of front desk staff. Guests used words like "welcoming" and "helpful" to describe their impressions.

There were a few additional comments, on things like the quality of the gym equipment and the quality of the food and of the service at the on-site restaurant.
The Bad
While reviews were mostly positive for this hotel, there was a handful of complaints, mostly about lack of in-room amenities.

While many guests indicated that rooms were clean and comfortable, a few guests felt that their stay could have been enhanced with some additional in-room amenities, like a fridge. Fridges are available in most rooms, but one guest said that availability was an issue, and that specific requests must be made.

While guests did like having access to on-site parking, a number of guests said that spaces were limited and had to find parking elsewhere. A few guests mentioned that the spaces themselves were small.

There were a few peripheral complaints, mostly centring on beds being too soft, and disappointing views from some of the rooms. Some guests felt that the pool was small.
