The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and helpful service. Several guests thought that the room rates were reasonable and several other reviewers appreciated the free parking.

Many guests said that their rooms appeared unclean. These reviewers described debris left behind by previous guests, a toilet that was not flushed (or cleaned) after a previous guest and clogged sinks and tubs. There were also several complaints about appliances and fixtures not working properly in the room, including TVs, climate control units, the Wi-Fi service and shower diverters.
A few reviewers felt unsafe at this property after noticing that the hotel had some "sketchy looking" long-term residents. One guest mentioned that during his check-in police officers were escorting someone out of the hotel in handcuffs.
