"Nice place, good amenities, great location!"
"We booked online and got a good rate for our rooms...that was nice. I really liked the size and layout of the rooms. The kids LOVED the pool. The location was great...close enough to the center of town to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. My only caveat was the beds. I found them hard and one of the beds was really noisy...every time I turned over it would creak and groan. I also found hairs and....grime in the bathroom. It had been cleaned but not very well...not a big deal but..since you asked."

"Our room was never remade after our first night. The restaurant was cute but quite dated. We forgot diapers and would have enjoyed if they front desk carried pull-ups for our three year old to wear to bed."

"Advertising Air conditioning when they don't have it. It was extremely hot weather and our room was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep much less spend any time in the room during the day.
The restaurant advertised was not open either.
The location is good but I must say that after this experience we won't be back."

"Room was luxurious and extremely comfortable... really appreciated the little kitchen and the balcony.
The in-house restaurant -- forget its name, but the finer food menu, not tavern food was pretty mediocre. Salmon I had requested to be lightly cooked was cooked until it was completely dried out and in- edible -- however, waitress was pleasant and we were given a complementary desert when we complained about the salmon."

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was centrally located and the staff were very friendly. They did ensure that an extra baby crib was available for my infant son. Unfortunately, it was a very busy tourist weekend in Victoria and I was located in a smoking room that could not be changed. However, I was unable to tell so as the room was very well ventilated. Wished I had brought my swimsuit for the pool.
Only complaint is that the parking lot is relatively small. Bring a compact if you are driving."
