Overview
This property, featuring Tudor-style architecture, was once home to the 15th Premier of British Columbia, Edward Gawler Prior. Offering only seven rooms, this property is well suited for guests who prefer more intimate, B&B-style accommodations.

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and a balcony. Select rooms also include a full kitchen or kitchenette, a fireplace and/or a jetted tub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available. This hotel does not have an elevator and most rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted. 

A free breakfast is served daily from 6 am to 10 am in the Breakfast Hall dining room. This hotel offers meeting and event space. There is no on-site restaurant.

This hotel is situated within a residential neighbourhood and is a 6-minute drive east of downtown Victoria. Downtown attractions include the Royal B.C. Museum, the Victoria Bug Zoo, Miniature World and the B.C. Ferry Service terminal.
