This hotel is 100% smoke-free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a TV, a desk, black-out curtains, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, free local calls, a desk and individual climate control. Many guests said that their rooms appeared unclean. These reviewers described debris left behind by previous guests, a toilet that was not flushed (or cleaned) after a previous guest and clogged sinks and tubs. There were also several complaints about appliances and fixtures not working properly in the room, including TVs, climate control units, the Wi-Fi service and shower diverters.
A few reviewers felt unsafe at this property after noticing that the hotel had some "sketchy looking" long-term residents. One guest mentioned that during his check-in police officers were escorting someone out of the hotel in handcuffs.
