"Excellent stay but they should update their information"
"Helm's Inn very welcoming and friendly. Large, bright reception area with filter coffee alwas on offer and afternoon tea and biscuits at 4 pm. We had a large elegant room with a small but adequate en -suite and a large comfortable bed. Downstairs off the reception area there was a useful self service laundry. Our only quibble was that there was no continental breakfast on offer as advertised on their website and in the brochure inside the hotel information folder. Instead we were given a voucher for breakfast at Samuel's Restaurant in the hotel opposite. The breakfast was very good but rather more expensive than we had planned even with the voucher. The location was excellent since the hotel was near the bus station and the harbour and was in a leafy area near Beacon Park."
