Some were long-term visitors or returning visitors who enjoyed the rooms and felt they were given such good value for being so well located and in such a clean and well-furnished accommodation. There were also many positive comments about the size of the rooms. Many guests said that the kitchen facilities were clean and well-stocked. Many reported comfortable beds.

Guests also received good service from staff. Words like friendly and helpful described overall guest sentiment.

The Bad
There was very little by way of complaint in the reviews read for this report as it seems that most guests were quite satisfied overall for their accommodations.

Although some guests mentioned that there was limited and paid parking, small bathrooms and no elevators in the building, it did not seem like a complaint made but by way of information regarding what might be a weak spot for some guests.

However when it came to noise, a few guests seemed inconvenienced by a number of things which created a noise disturbance. Items mentioned were: slamming doors, buses stopping in front of the hotel, and guests speaking or watching TV in the next room over.
