Overview
This property is located in the James Bay Village area of downtown Victoria and is about a 2-minute walk from the waterfront. With only six rooms, this B&B is well suited for guests who prefer more intimate accommodations within walking distance of downtown attractions.

This property is 100% smoke-free. All six rooms include free Wi-Fi, bathrobes, an iPod dock, an alarm clock, a TV, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. All rooms include an en suite bathroom and select rooms also include a jetted tub and/or a private balcony. Rooms are furnished with one double bed, one king bed or one king bed and a double bed. 

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted. There are multiple guest lounges on site, which include board games, books, fireplaces and a veranda.

A free cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily at 9 am. The breakfast includes fresh fruit, baked goods, juice, an entree, tea and coffee. 

The Pacific Undersea Gardens are a 7-minute walk away, while The Empress Room (tea room and restaurant) is an 11-minute walk away. The Bug Zoo and Miniature World are both about 16 minutes away on foot. The Craigdarroch Castle is 9 minutes away by car, while the Uptown Shopping Centre is an 11-minute drive away.
