"We had stayed here before & loved it so much we decided against booking a package deal so that we could stay here again, however, we were disappointed to be stuck in a room overlooking the climate control units (and having to deal with the noise). We decided not to try to change rooms(I had already called the hotel to confirm since I never received a confirmation from the internet service I booked thru and had been informed at that time that the internet service was not given any view rooms to book. We were futher disappointed when we also had the intermitent noise from a party during our second night's stay, which I suspect was in banquet room below us somewhere. I had explained to both the booking service & the hotel that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and though we decided to take the room without a view to allow us to have an extra dinner out, we definitely would have chosen to either upgrade or stay at another hotel had we known of the noise issues. I was extremely disappointed that the reservation clerk could not have told us that on top of no view we would also have the noise issues to deal with. Because, we enjoyed our stay so much the first time, and because the restuarant & housekeeping staff were both excellent, we may decided to try this hotel again, but we definitely, will be booking directly with the hotel and being very specific about our room expectations. Overall, I'd have to rate my stay there disappointing as we went with high expectations to celebrate a special time and unfortunately, those expectations were not met."

"Did not get the type of room that was booked staff did nothing to correct this. when keys didn't work had to make four trips to front desk to get problem solved took over half an hour."

"We were astounded by the price and what we got for it! It was incredible. With four people the accomodations were wonderful; comfortable, inviting, updated, and very spacious. We will certainly be visiting again and will definetly spread the word amongs our frieds and relatives.
