This property is situated in the James Bay Village area of downtown Victoria. This B&B is a restored 1912 Edwardian foursquare house and is well suited for guests who prefer historic accommodations. This property was designated by the City of Victoria as a Heritage Building.

This property is 100% smoke-free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and a dresser and/or closet for storing personal items. Rooms are furnished with either one king bed or one queen bed. All rooms have their own bathrooms and the Eleanor Suite features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted. Other on-site amenities include luggage storage.

A free breakfast is served daily at 9 am. The breakfast selection includes a fresh fruit parfait, a main course, a protein source, baked goods or homemade hashbrowns, juice, tea and coffee.

Downtown attractions including The Empress Room (tea room and restaurant), the Pacific Undersea Gardens, and the British Columbia Legislature Buildings are about a 10-minute walk away. The Craigdarroch Castle is 9 minutes away by car, while the Uptown Shopping Centre is a 12-minute drive away. The Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is 33 minutes away by car. A couple of guests specifically mentioned that the provided linens were of high quality. Several reviewers thought that the property in generally was comfortable and inviting.

The hosts were frequently complimented for their helpful, friendly and accommodating service.
