The Bad
Negative feedback consisted of mostly one-time scattered comments that were more along the line of gripes (old-fashioned elevator music, people smoking outside) and there was a minimal amount of common negative threads in the reviews sourced for this editorial.

Although the overwhelming majority of guests seemed to be highly pleased about the free breakfast for quality and selection, there were a few guests who felt that more fresh fruit selections could have been offered.

A couple of reviewers were disappointed to find out that the restaurant, usually very highly appreciated, was under construction.

A couple of guests were not fully impressed with the facility, one saying "not that fancy" and one saying it was an older building. Another said the hotel needed renovation in his opinion and yet another said the TV was the older tube-style one.

A few guests complained that their views were of a parking lot.
