"Clean hotel. Wings in lounge were awesome! Would go again."
"We felt that the additional charge for overnight parking was not a good thing as we were not aware of it. The staff is excellent, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing wrong with this hotel except the seabirds and pigeons can get to the windows sometimes and leave their legacies - I guess that may be why there are no balconies - at least not that we saw."

"Why would I want to reurn to this Hotel ??"
"The accomodations on the 7th floor were outstanding. The view of the Inner Harbour are breath taking. The addition of the large deck with hot tub put the exclamation mark on the stay."

"It's a wonderful hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service. I did not find this out until arrival. It would have been nice to know this from the hotel prior to my trip. Other than that -- it was great."

"When we arrived our room, 2 of bed side lights were out of use and
had to ask change bulbs to house keeping. House keeping should
check it before guest comming in."
