Overview
This hotel is located across from the Victoria Ferry Terminal with spectacular views of the Inner Harbour--a prime location near to museums, restaurants and a variety of attractions.

The hotel has 71 smoke-free rooms on 4 floors with elevator access.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 37” flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a tea kettle, an iron and ironing board, a desk, a safe, a hair dryer, bathrobes, an umbrella and an electric fan.

Some rooms include
a sofabed, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a kitchenette (stove top, oven, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster), and harbour or residential views.

Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 queen bed or 1 king bed.

Free parking is available on site for cars and oversize vehicles.

Pets are welcome (2 dogs/cats of all sizes) for $20 per day, per room.

Restaurant on site: Belleville’s Watering Hole & Diner serves breakfast until 2 pm, lunch and dinner featuring a waterfront patio. The lounge offers evening entertainment. No room service is offered.

The Good
Guests enjoyed this hotel for its great location, harbour views, and terrific staff and restaurant.

Rooms were clean with comfy beds.

Guests really liked the location. It was close walking distance to downtown attractions, the Inner Harbour, shopping and restaurants.

Staff were superb—friendly and professional.

Many enjoyed breakfast and other meals on site.

Some thought the hotel was reasonably priced (for the area).

Guests also liked: wonderful ocean views and breezes, happy hour and the patio at the restaurant.

The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback.

Room complaints found were: foam chip pillows, bathroom was small, poorly lit bathroom, toilet short and small, view of rooftop heating units, no air conditioning, and no ventilation in bathroom.

Noise transferred from: the outdoor patio, the restaurant, the laundry shute, the fire escape and the road on the harbour side.

Other comments found: parking was limited with very small spaces, ice machine only on the ground level, and elevator is small and claustrophobic.
