"We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. The front desk went out of their way to help us find a drug store with a pharmacy. Our room requests were always fulfilled with little or no wait."

"We came by ferry from WA and were able to walk to the hotel by way of the lovely waterside pathway. Get deal and nice amentities. Hotel's restuarant was very nice and over-priced."

"Really enjoyed the great view from the room of the fascinating activities in the harbour. Easy access to the harbour walkway, ferry and taxis. Complimentary rides to and from the bus terminal much appreciated.
A pity that the room was not equipped with a small refrigerator.
My wife and I are not keen on any kind of shellfish, so the menu in the restaurant was rather limited from our viewpoint, but the staff were very attentive and we enjoyed the halibut."

Carliane from Havana, FL US stayed on March 28, 2005
"The bathroom stayed foggy and the floor was easily flooded because the curtain didn't close well. We were in a King-size room on the far right of the elevators. I don't remember which room number because we stayed in too many different places. Other than this, the hotel and its staff were incredible. We dined late and the bartender made sure we could still get food. We needed to stay an extra night and the desk staff made it happen but had to work on the rooms for to make everything work out for everyone else. We got great advice from the concierge as to where to do laundry and even which dryer worked the best for our money...
There were two drawbacks. One is not enought outlets for two people trying to recharge cell phones and digital camera batteries all at the same time. This is a problem in most hotels... The other issue is becoming less of an issue in US hotels but I saw it still in the BC rooms and that is the heating/AC unit is not programmable by a value only a red or blue bar. Consequently, the room was overly hot or cold and by the time we finished tweaking it, we were leaving to do other things. I've seen these same units functioning with wall-mounted thermostats and they work nicely.
I've often used the comments, but never written them, from Epinions, Frommers, etc. I notice no one has commented on the Harbourside Hotel at Epinions. I was really impressed with your hotel and will try to place my comments on these sites for others to enjoy their stays, too.
Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely beautiful. The fitness center and the pool were wonderful and a great way to begin the day. The Blue Crab restaurant is unbelievable. The evening we dined there was exceptional. The view was outstanding and the food beyond our expectations. We will be back for another visit."

"The hotel staff were invariably helpful and service was excellent but the star attraction for me was the food. The menu is great and the flavour and presentation lived up to the promise even though, being very tired at the end of the day, we used room service. The meals arrived fresh and at the correct temperature. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer to try a few more meals."
