Comfort rooms also feature work desks, ergonomic chairs, and 27" televisions. Bedding options for this room category are either one queen bed, one king bed, or two double beds. Upgraded rooms or suites at the pet friendly hotel offer at least the amenities in the Comfort Room and are more spacious.
Check in time is at 3pm while check out time is at noon.

The GoodGuests that stayed at the Coast Victoria Harbourside Hotel and Marina were very impressed with the property. Complaints about the hotel were rare while the location, the staff, and numerous other aspects of the hotel received strong reviews.
Numerous guests liked the hotel's location for several different reasons. Some guests liked that it was close to downtown Victoria, other guests liked that there were restaurants nearby, and a few guests mentioned the ferry terminal nearby with service to Washington state. Many guests also indicated that they liked being close to the harbour.
The views that guests had from their rooms or from the hotel's restaurant received lots of praise. Numerous guests had rooms that overlooked the Victoria harbour and some called their view "amazing," "incredible," or "lovely." One guest said that the "lounge and dining room (had) the best views in the city."
The staff at the hotel received several compliments and they were frequently described as "friendly," "helpful," and professional. The hotel was also well liked for cleanliness and for value.
In regard to the latter, some guests mentioned that the hotel had a free shuttle into downtown Victoria. One guest stated that the "free shuttle service...was a huge asset” and others appeared to have similar opinions.
The Bad
Numerous guests reviewed the property and few had bad things to say. In fact, even reviewers who were prompted to indicate what they did not like about the hotel often left the field blank or wrote "nothing."
However, there were a few complaints that had multiple adherents. For example, some guests stated that the rooms were small. Also, occasionally a guest complained that the parking fee was expensive.
Some guests had trouble with the in-room Internet service at the hotel that was wired as opposed to wireless. The weakness of wired Internet for one guest was that the cord hook-ups didn't work with things like tablets or smartphones.
Overall this hotel seemed to be quite popular and satisfaction rates were high.

Priceline.com guest ratings averaged to 8.7 points out of 10 and the site had 131 reviews.
