Reviewers described a need for repair and updates throughout the hotel and some guests specifically mentioned peeling paint in the halls, poorly patched drywall in the lobby, exposed wires from missing ceiling lights in the rooms and stained carpeting in the halls and guest rooms.
Several reviewers complained about noise disturbances from neighbouring rooms and the halls. While a couple of guests complained about rowdy guests, a few reviewers said that they could hear conversations in adjacent rooms and in the hallways. One guest was disturbed by noise from patrons of the on-site bar loitering outside the hotel.
