The Bad
While the bulk of the reviews read for this editorial were highly positive, guests did have some common complaints centring on the lack of an elevator and some issues in the rooms.

While a number of guest comments suggested that the rooms were comfortable, a few guests felt that they were small and difficult to move around in. A few guests made reference to awkwardly configured bathrooms.

The age of this hotel prevented installation of an elevator, according to its website, and guests with mobility issues found this both difficult and inconvenient. Other guests, particularly those staying on upper floors, found it a challenge carrying luggage up several flights of stairs, although some guests said that staff were willing to help with the luggage.

There were a few peripheral complaints centring on things like firm beds and tight parking spaces.
