"More amenities expected"
"My complaints were: There was no microwave and no drinking water supplied. Rooms were clean and comfy, but the washroom was dirty especially the shower place. Other than that, the location was excellent and very convenient for everything."

"Second stay here"
"The owners and staff were great, Beds had a mild odor about them, Only two small uncomfortable pillows on the bed so you need to ask for a couple more. For about the same money I could have stayed in a nicer hotel if they were not all booked up. This motel in my opinion during the busy season of summer are only worth maybe $90 a night, tax included."

"Friendly staff, good location, but noisy air conditioner"
"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Te hotel was located in a convenient location close to downtown, a strip mall, and the hospital. The room was clean although it had a fairly strong odor of cleaning solution that we found rather unpleasant. The air conditioner was efficient but very noisy. We did not want to turn it on during the night because of the noise so we did not have the most comfortable sleep. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows were very small, barely adequate. Even though we had the shades drawn, the light streamed into the room in the morning and it was very bright."

"Will come again"
"you get your monies worth for this time of year in Vernon. Being a downtown hotel dont count on sleeping in on a weekday though."
