"The location and amenities in this hotel were good value. However, one staff member was exceptionally rude for no apparent reason and because ot this, my whole experience was disappointing."

"Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. They did not offer any fruit, yogart or hot chocolate. Just the bare miniums. We heard others remark about the breakfast also. Not much choice especially for children. All other Super 8 we have stayed in offered all of the above. There was some kind of noise all night, maybe a generator? This may have been due to the downstairs constuction."

"We had reserved a "non-smoking" room for our stay, which we confirmed over the phone with hotel staff, earlier in the day of our arrival; however, upon checking in, we were put into an obviously very well smoked in room. As two of the four persons in our party have asthma, and they immediately reacted to the odor and smoke residue in the room, we asked to have our room preference of "non-smoking" honored, but we were told that they could/would not change our room. As a result, we had to find hotel accomodations elsewhere....at 1:00am in the morning, after having driven 8 hours to get there."

"Motel is right on the highway so is quite noisy. Recommend that anyone staying there request a room on the rear of the building which is quieter."
