The Good
Most reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the rooms, the staff, the location and the value.

Some guests felt that the rooms, although older, were well-maintained and clean. A few also mentioned that the rooms were spacious.

The staff received compliments from many guests for being friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Many guests appreciated that the hotel was easy to find. Having a mall, restaurants, a liquor store and a grocery store within walking distance was also considered a convenience.

The Bad
Although many reviews used for this analysis were positive, several negative comments focused on the age of the hotel and parking.

Many guests considered the hotel to be outdated. Carpets, linens, decor, paint and the exterior of the building were all felt to be needing a facelift to give the hotel a more modern appearance. A few guests complained that some air conditioning units were very noisy and that some mattresses were worn and uncomfortable.

Some guests complained that when the hotel had many guests it was difficult to find a parking spot close to the building, resulting in having to park further away in an adjacent parking lot.
