The Bad
As mentioned above, positive reviews outnumbered negative reviews, among the reviews sourced for this analysis. However, there were a few common concerns and several isolated complaints found.

Many guests described the elevators as slow and reviewers described wait times from 10-20 minutes. One reviewer suggested that the hotel did not have a sufficient number of elevators for a property of its size.

A few guests found the in-room climate control finicky and difficult to operate. These guests complained that they were not able to maintain a comfortable in-room temperature.

A few reviewers thought that the in-room furnishings appeared to be dated and in need of upgrades. Guests described worn carpeting, stained grouting, and squeaky beds. One reviewer said that the quality of the furnishings was not up to the usual standards of the Westin brand.

Isolated complaints included: limited selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, unpleasant views of office buildings from the guest rooms, expensive on-site restaurant, uncomfortable sofa bed, and expensive fees for Wi-Fi ($14.99 per day).
