Overview
This B&B was built in 1902 and is surrounded by gardens. The property is located within a 2-minute drive of Highway 99 and within a 10-minute drive of downtown Vancouver. Offering some rooms with shared bathrooms, this property is well suited for guests comfortable with more intimate accommodations and looking to explore the area by car.

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi and a dresser. Select rooms have en suite bathrooms, while some rooms have shared bathrooms. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available and the lobby and guest rooms are accessible by stairs only. Pets are permitted in select rooms, based on prior approval with the hosts (an additional fee may be applicable).

Free street parking is available on-site. Other on-site amenities include a common room with a TV and telephone (with free local calls). 

A free continental breakfast is served daily from 8:15 am to 9:30 am and includes juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, toast, hash browns,etc sausages and bacon. This property does not have an on-site restaurant.

The nearest public transit train station, King Edward Station, is about a 15-minute walk away. The Vancouver Maritime Museum is an 8-minute drive away. 

The downtown area, which is about 10 minutes away by car, includes the Vancouver Art Gallery, Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Centre, B.C. Place, Roger's Arena and Stanley Park. Jericho Beach and Park is about a 12-minute drive away, while the University of British Columbia is a 15-minute drive away.
